Healthy breakfast cookie (no flour, no sugar, no dairy): cups oats + super ripe bananas + 1 cup unsweetened applesauce + handful of craisins + cinnamon to taste. Throw it all together, mix well, slap 'em on a baking sheet at 350 for about 35 minutes.
