10min · 15 servings INGREDIENTS • 12 oz dark chocolate (or 3 large bars of chocolate)  • ¼ cup finely crushed graham crackers • 1 bag of jumbo marshmallows • + graham crackers, thick potato chips, wafers, and strawberries for dipping DIRECTIONS • Heat oven to 400 degrees F.  • In an 8x10 baking dish, place chocolate bars in an even layer.  • Sprinkle crushed graham crackers on top of chocolate.  • Place marshmallows on top in even row.  • Bake in oven until marshmallows are lightly toasted and chocolate is melted, about 5 minutes.
5min · 1 serving INGREDIENTS • 1/4 cup all purpose flour • 1/4 cup cocoa powder • 1/4 cup sugar • Pinch of salt • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder • 6 tablespoon almond milk, unsweetened • 6 tablespoon Unsalted Butter • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract • Handfull of chocolate chips • pinch of Cinnamon (optional) DIRECTIONS • Melt butter in microwave. • While butter is melting, whisk together flour, cocoa, sugar, baking powder, salt in a bowl. • Stir in milk, butter, and vanilla extract until smooth. • Fold in the chocolate chips • Pour the batter into a microwave-safe mug. • Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes
15min · 6 servings INGREDIENTS • 4 oz dark chocolate bar • 1 bag sea salt potato chips • chocolate syrup • french vanilla ice cream (1 tub) • chocolate syrup • maraschino cherries (optional) EQUIPMENT • Ice cream scooper • Bowls • Spoons • knife cutting board DIRECTIONS • Chop chocolate bar; set aside. • Crush potato chips, set aside. • Drizzle chocolate syrup into your serving bowl. • Add 2 small scoops of ice cream. • Sprinkle with crushed potato chips and chocolate shavings. • Add 2 more small scoops of ice cream. • Sprinkle with crushed potato chops and chocolate shavings. 1hr · 10 servings Cake Ingredients • Lemon Cake Mix • Replace 1 cup water with 3/4 cup milk and 1/4 cup lemon juice • Replace oil with equal parts melted butter • Add lemon zest Divide cake batter into (2) 9x13 baking pans - creating thin layers. Bake for approx 20 mins or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clear. Icing Ingredients • 4 cups confectioners’ sugar • 2 sticks unsalted butter, softened • 3 Tbsp heavy cream • 3 Tbsp hibiscus syrup • 1 Tbsp lemon juice • Zest of one lemon With hand held mixer or stand mixer beat butter until smooth and creamy. Make lemonade (see below). Add hibiscus syrup and lime zest. Stir. 3. Pour hibiscus lemonade mixture into ice pop molds and place in freezer overnight.
