Double Chocolate Muffins

Double Chocolate Muffins by mel-- I'd use slightly less dark cocoa powder next time, they were dark black. I filled my demarle cups to full, and they rose to make giant costco sized ones, beautiful, but took a long time to bake and in my inattention, eventually overbaked- I'll watch them better next time, or just make 2 doz reg. sized ones. I also subbed 1 c. buttermilk for the 1/2 c water 1/2 c milk. These were awesome though!!!
