1 lb Sausage, cooked 1 onion, chopped, sauteed 7 eggs 1/2 cup milk 20 oz bag frozen Diced Hash Browns 8 ounce brick Cheddar Cheese, grated Salt & Pepper, to taste Preheat 350. Spray 9 x 13 dish Prepare sausage and onions. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Pour into prepared casserole dish. Reserve roughly one cup of the cheese for topping. Bake for 35 minutes. Remove from oven and top with reserved cheese. Return to oven for 8 minutes.
Weekend Brunch Casserole - 1 can crescent rolls in the bottom of a sprayed casserole dish, sprinkle 1 pound of cooked sausage over the top, sprinkle that with 2 cups mozzarella cheese; beat 4 eggs, 3/4 cup milk, 1/4 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp pepper. Pour over sausage and cheese. Bake @ 425 for 15 min or until set. Let stand 5 min. before cutting into squares.
