Fruit dip... Yum! We used honey instead of syrup, almond butter instead of peanut butter, vanilla Greek yogurt and cinnamon. Too good!
Healthy snack! Mix one 5.3 ounce package of vanilla Greek yogurt, 2 tbsp peanut butter, 1 tbsp honey and a dash of cinnamon. Stir it up and dip apples, bananas, Ritz crackers or anything you want.

I just did this and it wasn't very hard at all which surprises me. The numbers seem a bit daunting at first when you look at them, 275 jumping jacks, 120 crunches, 95 squats, and 70 pushups. Once you get going the work out goes really quick. I did about a 10 second walk between each exercise until I hit the 5 group, I just did all those no walk. You can do it, just give it go and let your body show you what it can really do!
