Breakfast Pockets, there is wiggle room in these pockets with ingredient exchange half whole wheat pastry flour, increasing eggs but omitting a couple of yolks, cabotage lite sharp cheddar. Slight enough that flavor will remain rich. Possibly a boost in quality of ingredients.
~::~ RUNZAS ~::~ using frozen dough - So good and so easy. I strongly recommend using a food processor for the cabbage so that it is finely chopped and easier to cook down. Taste nothing like the super salty ones from the restaurant, but exactly like what we would eat at Grandma's growing up. -KB

German Cabbage Casserole - Kohl Und Hackfleisch - Cabbage and meat mildly seasoned with garlic and onions in a creamy cheese sauce and topped with breadcrumbs for a pretty presentation! A real comfort food. Even those who say they HATE cabbage will eat this and like it!
