How to beat thunder thighs: Eat a clean diet, stay away from sugar (sweets) and hi-carbs like pasta and white rice, eat primarily protein and good fats, do cardio exercises (running, swimming, jogging), do strength training for legs (leg press, squats, etc), do stretching (yoga, pilates), and take multivitamin and fish oil daily.

Strength training for legs (leg press, squats, etc). Yoga/Pilates. Multivitamin & fish oil daily. And that pretty much sums it up. I ate clean for the most part. It's honestly 80% diet & 20% working out. Ditch those junk foods, make yourself a healthy grocery list, and get to shopping for a healthier life.

As promised here is 🌟 PART ONE of “How to Calculate Your #Calories.” This is the Basal Metabolic Rate formula and is basically the number of calories you would burn if you sat in bed all day. 👉(**Remember, calorie is a measure of energy which is why food is measured in calories because food gives you energy to keep your body going. Too many calories will be stored as fat, and too little calories/energy will leave you feeling fatigued. Goal is to get it “right” FOR YOU to maximize muscle gain or fat loss.) If you are active, you must honestly factor in how your activity affects the number of calories you need to maintain where you are right now, as well as determine the amount of calories you need for either weight gain or fat loss. So, you will need to multiply your BMR (base calories) by the number based off your activity level. BE HONEST here so that you take in just the right amount of calories. 👍 THIS number will give you the calories you should be eating daily in order to MAINTAIN your current weight based off your activity level. ***🌟TO LOSE WEIGHT, you need to either burn off or decrease this number by at least 500 calories. 🌟 TO GAIN WEIGHT, you should increase calories by at least 500 calories. Im frequently asked how many calories I consume a day. Its important to realize that individual caloric needs differ based on a variety of factors. Knowing my own personal calorie requirements wont necessarily help you find yours. Here is a chart from Instagram Fitness that you might find useful!
