If you told me a year ago that I would be THRIVING each day and not just SURVIVING, I probably would not have believed you!! ------------------------------------ I was in a low place. I had anxiety & depression. I was 50+ lbs overweight. I couldn't see a light at the end of the tunnel. I put on a happy face and dealt with life the best I could, but I don't think I did that very well. ------------------------------ I had become comfortable with using food as a way to deal with emotions, happy... I saw very obese people and actually wondered if I would get to that point. I didn't have it in me mentally to have to count calories or points again to lose weight. ------------------------------ It feels so good to look at how far I have come and to know I am THRIVING! I am healthy and strong. I am feeding my body what it needs each day. I am feeding my family what they need and being an example of better food choices and habits. I am not perfect and I have had plenty of 'treat' meals along the way. But, now, I have knowledge. I have a plan. I have the tools. I have support. I have a great outlook and I feel so much better because I am taking care of myself! --------------------------------- Don't just survive. Thrive!  If you feel lost and need support, reach out to me!
