Crack bread. Actually cheddar bacon pull apart bread- it is INSANE. I made it once and we couldn't stop eating it. Only modifications: use real bacon, double the seasoning and you MUST use sourdough! This is highly addictive stuff.

Smashed Potatoes: I boil my new potatoes, then smash them on a pan, sprinkle melted butter or olive oil on them and season to compliment your meal. Then bake in oven or BBQ until a bit crisp on top. Yum yum.

Boil in salted water, smash, season w/lots of kosher salt, tyme, pepper, rosemary, etc. Drizzle olive oil over all potatoes and bake@ 400 for appox 30 min. Broil a little at end if you want a crunchier potato. -- Healthier than baked potato with all the butter and sour cream.
