Infused low-histamine water - great idea, esp w/hot summer months ahead. These recipes look great, though I'm unsure about dill. If something doesn't agree with you, you might want to try an elimination diet. Sometimes there are other reasons, like salicylate sensitivity, tyramine or other biogenic amine sensitivity. Let's just start with histamine, as it's the most prevalent.
