Quick and easy homemade word work activity! Great for Daily Five or literacy centers. Suggested materials: a stencil, magnetic letters, laminated sentence strips and Fountas & Pinnell word cards. It took me about an hour to make 4 sets. :)
This is a FREE graphing and shape recognition activity for the 100th day of school. It's a wonderful activity for 1st grade and capable Kindergarten students. Children color the shapes, then they complete the graphing activity by counting the shapes in the 100 days picture.
100 day activities. Partner up kids, or play in groups of 4. Give one dice, pencil, and a 100 charts to each player/couple. Higher grade levels: roll and keep adding (or subtracting) the number you rolled, until you get to exactly 100. Cross out the numbers as you go along, erase the line when you subtract, until you get to exactly 100.
