BBQ sauce. It's a good base but too mustardy for my taste; I bumped up the brown sugar and vinegar and added both liquid smoke and smoked paprika. And left out the carrots (mine didn't come out orange like this one). Next time I'll reduce the mustard and shouldn't have to doctor it as much. The smoked paprika added a nice touch, though.
