Print pictures, purchase ceramic tiles, and buy or make Modge Podge. Cut the pics to the size of the tile. Use a paint brush to put the first layer of modge podge on the tile. Place the picture on the tile and add a couple layers of modge podge on top of the pic going around all the edges. Finish with Acrylic Spray.
