    Southern Pralines*2 cups pecan halves and pieces,3 cups firmly packed lt brown sugar,1 cup whipping cream,1/4 cup butter, 2 Tb lt corn syrup,1 tsp vanilla.Preheat 350 ,bake pecans 8-10 mins.Boil sugar,& next 3 ingredients.Bring to boil over medium heat.Stir constantly,til mixture begins to lose its gloss.Drop on wax paper.
