"""I just heard a Great idea for teaching children the difference between saying thoughts and thinking thoughts. First the kids get to squeeze out a travel size tube of toothpaste and make a mess. Then have them try to put the toothpaste back in the tube. They will of course find it impossible to do and it is a great way to illustrate that we can't take back words that are hurtful to others."""
