Chicken and Asparagus Penne. 1 lb Asparagus- Steamed 12 oz Smart Taste Penne- Cooked Cup Olive Oil 1 lb Chicken Breast- Cubed and Cooked Cup Shredded Parmesan Combine in pan, top with cheese, broil for 5 minutes.
Crock Pot Sausage & Cheese Tortellini: I added mushrooms, a bag of spinach, and used sweet italian sausage, seasoned with a little garlic, salt and pepper. and waited until 2 hours in to add the tortellini. I also used fat cream cheese.
Thai Peanut Chicken + Noodles: I made this for dinner tonight and it was delicious. Probably my new favorite meal. It tastes very much like a restaurant pad thai. The only difference is we added extra lime juice and I think it would be great with a yakisoba noodle instead of spaghetti.
