LC Beef Stroganoff  1 pkg sliced mushrooms 1 T coconut oil 2 lbs ground beef 1/2 C almond milk 1/4 C heavy cream 1/4 C water 1 1/2 C beef broth  1 tsp xanthan gum 2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp black pepper 1/2 tsp smoked paprika 2/3 cup sour cream   Add oil and brown the mushrooms in a lrg skillet. Remove. Add the ground beef, brown.  Add milk, beef broth,mushrooms, xanthan gum, salt, pepper and paprika. Stir. Reduce heat to med and allow to simmer for about 10 min.
