Crock Pot Scalloped Potatoes: 10 pounds potatoes, peeled and sliced, 1 large onion, diced, 16 slices thick cut bacon, uncooked and diced, 4 cups shredded taco blend cheese, 1 28 oz can cream of chicken soup, ~Place half of the sliced potatoes in the bottom of crock. ~Top with half  of onion, cheese and bacon. ~Repeat layers. ~Top with cream of chicken soup. ~Cook on low of 8 to 10 hours.

chicken bacon ranch pizza casserole: OKAY/GOOD- The family thought this was good. I thought it was only okay. Lots of prep work (took me an hour), lots of dirty pans, etc. for an okay meal. I may not make again unless the fam specifically asks for it.

Remember pudding pops? 1 pkg instant pudding, 1 1/2c milk, 2c cool whip. Dissolve pudding in milk, whip in cool whip. Spoon into 3 oz dixie cups and insert popsicle stick. Freeze.
