Low-Carb Pumpkin Spice Latte - take a break from Starbucks and make this healthy version instead! Low-Carb, works for Trim Healthy mama (I 4 timesed the recipe, added 2 cups almond milk, tsp gluccomannan, and tsp stevia)

Iced Vanilla Chai

This healthy iced vanilla chai is THM:S, low carb, sugar free, and gluten/peanut free. Make your own - it's much cheaper than Starbucks!

Frappe 1/2 C almond milk 1/2 C coffee 1 Tbsp cocoa 1/2 tsp glucomannan  1/4 tsp sea salt 2 level scoops Kal stevia powder 1 tsp vanilla Blend well (30 sec-1min) Add 1/2-1 C crushed ice. Blend.  Add 1 scoop whey protein. Blend. For PB Choco: Use 1/2 Tbsp cocoa & 1/2 Tbsp peanut flour

Strawberry Limeade GGMS - THM: 2 cups water 2 Tbsp ACV (raw apple cider vinegar) 3 pkts NuStevia (or your sweetener of choice) juice of 1 lime tsp ginger powder 5 frozen strawberries Put all of this in blender and mix well then serve over ice.
