    Strawberry Marshmallow Cookies - These were very good, but VERY MOIST. Even though I dried and dried and dried the strawberry pieces. Should be stored in the fridge and eaten within a few days (um, that won't be a problem - trust me!)

    Maple Baked Chicken from caramelpotatoes.com - This was DELICIOUS! Changed it up slightly by adding mushrooms with the onions & sautéing before browning the chicken. Instead of baking, I put everything into the crock pot (pre-heated) on high for 2 hours. That way, no need to baste. So yummy! Oven roasted potatoes & broccoli/cauliflower/carrots completed the meal
