Recipe testing today with crocodile fillets marinaded in Vietnamese flavors -- lemongrass, ginger, garlic, fish sauce, lemon juice, basil and spring onions -- and then baked in banana leaves. A definite thumbs up ... with a tweak here and there! #SavannaBel #ZambeziValley #BushGourmet #WildEdibles
