I made this as directed except I added two jars of sauce, instead of one. I am glad I did because if I hadn't I am afraid it would have turned out dry. I baked it for fifteen minutes and everyone enjoyed it. :)

Stir together Cream Cheese, Shredded Cheese, and Taco Seasoning. Fold in the shredded meat, Divide the mix into the tortillas and roll up. Spray the tops with cooking spray and bake for 30 minutes at 350. (flip them at 15 minutes) Garnish with sour cream...and chives...and salsa...and more cheese :)
TACO MOUNTAIN PIES... a camping treat! Fill with taco meat/blackbeans/refried beans/chicken/rice, cheese, olives, cilantro (really whatever you like will work)... heat thru... top with sour cream, salsa, guacamole, lettuce, tomatoes. They're crispy on the outside, just like a chimichanga - Yummo!
