No-bake Choco Chia Cherry Bar:1 c pitted dried dates,1 tbsp honey,1 or 2 tbsp cocoa powder, 1 or 2 tbsp chia seeds,1 tbsp zest of lemon, pinch of salt,1 or 2 tbs dried tart cherries, 3 tbsp chopped almonds,1 or 2 tbsp granola.Mix all the ingredients and process until the mixture clumps together. On a lightly greased baking sheet, press the mixture. Chill in the freezer for 15 minutes; then cut into equal-sized bars. Makes 4 or 5 bars
