These Homemade Energy Bites are SO delicious -- and good for you, too! They are a perfect afternoon (or anytime!) pick-me-up. Homemade Energy Bites 2c oatmeal 1c peanut butter or other nut butter 2/3c honey 2c coconut flakes, wheat germ, sesame seeds, or a mix of all 3 (can sub oatmeal) 1c ground flax-seed- 1c mini chocolate chips 2t vanilla Mix all, roll into balls. Place balls on cookie sheet & freeze 1-2hrs. Remove from cookie sheet and place in airtight ziptop freezer bag.
These Energy Bites are really good and it's a fast, easy and healthy snack! (Plus, it's a good source of protein)
