Reuben Dip for St. Patrick's day 1 cup corned beef (Carl Buddig) chopped 1 cup grated Swiss cheese 1 cup grated cheddar cheese 1 cup sauerkraut (drained) 1 cup mayo (I used Hellman’s Light) Mix together in a crock pot and heat until bubbly. Serve with rye crackers (Beth likes triscuits!)(and I like toasted pumpernickel cocktail bread)
Crab Rangoon Dip! - soften 16 oz (2 blocks) cream cheese in microwave> add 2 cans crab meat, 1/2 cup sour cream, 4 green onions chopped, 1 1/2 tsp Worchestershire sauce, 2 tbs powdered sugar, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp lemon juice - mix all ingredients and bake for 30 mins at 350. Serve with hot chips or fried wontons.
