How to take a Detox Bath. Detoxification of your body through bathing is an ancient remedy that anyone can perform in the comfort of their own home. Your skin is known as the third kidney, and toxins are excreted through sweating. A detox bath will assist your body in eliminating toxins, as well as absorbing the minerals and nutrients that are in the water. | I will be giving this a go VERY soon!

homemade whipped coconut oil body butter recipe I love that this recipe only requires one (yes, one!) ingredient. Anything else is completely optional. It also only takes a few measly minutes, and you'll have enough whipped body butter to last at least a month or two. In fact, if you get carried away, put some in an attractive jar and it makes a great gift! It feels luxurious as a moisturizer, and yet an entire jar of it costs less than $2 to make. What you need:

take coffee grinds with olive oil, and make into a paste. massage well into the area with stretch marks for about 5 minutes. then take a hot towel, and wrap it around the area for about 20-25 minutes. remove and wash off with warm water. also, when you are finished, apply a moisturizer to the area. the olive oil with the caffeine in the grinds, will help stimulate the area to remove the stretch marks. if you do this 1-3 times a week, you will start to notice a difference within 2 weeks! ????????

I hate all of the additives in store bought lotions. This one sounds wonderful. I think I would add shea butter as I find it to be the best skin emollient.
