overnight cold oatmeal: pb & banana.  1/4c rolled oats (not instant!)  1TBS flax meal  1/4c soy milk  1/4c soy yogurt  1tsp honey  1TBS pb  1 chopped banana  shake it up and put it in the fridge overnight... awesome!
