Easy Cheesy Stuffed Shells are a delicious main deal for the whole family. This recipe combines ricotta, mozzarella, and paresean cheeses, and spinach stuffed into the shells. A spicy layer of Hot or Mild Italian sausage completes the meal. Easy quick recipe. Very tasty.
Sausage, Ricotta, and Spinach Stuffed Shells - Craving some Creativity
Baked Chicken Spaghetti: This is one of my favorite casseroles! I omit the diced onions and add 1/4 tsp. onion powder, 1/4 tsp. garlic powder, and 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper. I bake it for only 25 or 30 min. Since you only need to heat it up. I often double the recipe and bake in a 9x13 for 30 or 35 min. Love it!
Baked Ziti IV | "I love this recipe! My kids call it lasagna and I make it more often since it's less time consuming. I followed some other suggestions and mix the sour cream, cottage cheese and parmesan together."
Spinach Artichoke Pasta..this was good! I added pepper flakes on each 'step', more cheese than called for and multicolor penne. Next time I will add some chopped onion with the garlic step. I think it would be fantastic with chopped chicken (or turkey?)...this is MY idea of mac and cheese!!!
So good my husband moaned. Chicken Cordon Bleu Pasta. I used multigrain pasta, swapped half of the cream cheese with Greek yogurt, added a liberal amount of Dijon because the sauce needed flavor, used real sauteed onions instead of minced, added garlic, and only used 3/4 of the cheese. Will definitely make this again
