Peanut Butter Fudge - I've been making peanut butter fudge since 1963 - My recipe: just bring a small can of evaporated milk and 2 cups of sugar to a rolling boil - stirring constantly - I boil it for about 3 to 5 minutes - remove from heat - stir in 1 1/4 cup creamy Jif Peanut butter and 1 teaspoon vanilla. I just pour it out on wax paper or my countertop - it sets up very fast - then cut into squares... it's delicious, easy and cheap and no one can tell it from the expensive kind...

Begin in a full plank position with a dumbbell on the floor a few inches away from the outside of right hand. Engage abs to keep torso steady and reach left arm under right to grab dumbbell. Pull the dumbbell across the floor to the left side of body, releasing it just outside of left arm, and then return to plank. That's one rep. Do 20 reps, alternating sides each time.
