I'm in need of a good sports bra - I've heard good things about this one - not brand loyal at all though - I'll buy whatever works best. Good fit - for working out and shape. Good fabric - need to wick. I think this one is interesting in that it's the shape of a normal bra. I like the idea of thicker shoulder straps and a regular closure as long as it would stay put. I used the good ziplock bags- one inside on another with one zipper side down inside the other with the zip on top. Loosely wrap in a thin dishtowel or into a old pillow case. Mine started leaking after about a year so I just poured it into new bags. It freezes nearly solid but becomes maleable quickly. Don't use on bare skin without a cover- they are really, really cold.

"How to Foam-Roll like a pro!" I love to foam roll... it is pretty much my favorite post-workout ritual. It's like having my own personal masseuse! Foam rolling massages your muscles and helps you recover better after a workout:) My favorite thing to foam roll: my IT bands... it hurts SO MUCH the first few days you do it, but man do your muscles start feeling more loose afterwards!!
