THIS IS NOT TRUE. Example: An apple is 70-90 calories, you don't burn that many calories chewing. Yes these are healthy foods, but there is no such thing as "negative calorie food." There are 0 calorie foods (very few) but even then, chewing doesn't burn a significant enough amount of calories to claim it is a "negative calorie food."

There is no such thing as a negative calorie food. Seriously. Digestion is a very efficient process - it mostly runs by osmosis (which is energy free), and muscle contractions push more than one food along at a time so you can't really allocate the burned calories to any one food. Celery is very low calorie because it's virtually *nutrition* free. Just eat a balanced diet.
