Cozy Mountain High Yoghurt Lemon Bread! To a large bowl, add 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, 2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp & 1/4 tsp salt. To a medium bowl, mix 1 cup yoghurt, 1 cup sugar, 3 eggs, zest of 2 lemons, 1/3 cup lemon juice, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 1/2 cup coconut oil. Add dry ingredients to wet and mix until combined. Transfer to a loaf pan and bake in a 350F oven for 45 min.
