cover white cardstock w/a piece of Be Creative Tape Sheet (double sided adhesive). Then sprinkle on Warm Highlight Glitter Ritz Micro Fine Glitter and burnished it (rubbed well) w/a bone folder. This presses the glitter in good, making it look like shiny velvet and also keeping it from rubbing off. Then stamp image on top of the glitter. Use Copics or Sharpies. Dap the tip to color vs. coloring back and forth. If it bleeds erase the extra color w/the colorless blender.

Colored with the Copic Markers on top of the Glitter Ritz micro fine glitter. Peel Off sticker is the nr 2532 Flowers from Elizabeth Craft Designs.
