Edward Shahda / EDWARD SHAHDA born in 1952 is a contemporary Syrian painter and sculptor. He began his creative journey in 1968 at the Suheil Ahdab Center in Hama before joining the Faculty Of Fine Arts in Damascus (1971-1976). He then resided at the Anatoli Klankov Atelier in Russia (1991-1992).

Abdullah Murad / He is a graduate of the Faculty of Fine Arts from the University of Damascus in 1970. Murad is a member of the Syrian Syndicate of Fine Arts and the Arab Artists Union and is considered to be a pioneer of abstract expressionist Arab art. He won first prize at the Greeting to Miro and Picasso Exhibition at the Spanish Cultural Center in Damascus in 1984.

Yamen Yousef / Yamen Yousef, born in 1982 in Tartous, Syria, is one of the most promising Syrian sculptors. He graduated from the Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Sculpture in 2005 and is currently pursuing his Masterʼs degree. His work has been the highlight of several solo and group exhibitions in Syria, Lebanon, and most recently part of the Reconciliation through the arts program in Washington DC, New York, Texas and New Mexico, USA.

Nabil Anani / Nabil Anani is born in Latroun Palestine in 1943. He is one of the most prominent Palestinian artists today. Anani is considers among many as the founder
of contemporary Palestinian Art Movement. Upon graduating in fine arts from the University of Alexandria, Egypt in 1969,

Edgard Mazigi / Born in Beirut in 1955, Edgard Mazigi holds a diploma in textile engineering from ESITL Lyon (1978) and a certificate with an excellence in painting award from the New York Studio School of Drawing, Painting & Sculpture, USA (1998). In 1999 he moves back permanently to Lebanon where he paints full time.

Born in 1968 in Baghdad in Iraq.
He is a graduate of fine arts from the University of Babylon, Iraq. He is a member of the International Association of Art, the Iraqi Fine Artists Association and the International Network for Contemporary Iraqi Artists.

exhibitions that took place in Syria, Russia, Sweden, London, Jordan, Qatar, France and Egypt,
in addition to many solo exhibitions held in his own country.

Majzoub is a self-taught “outsider artist” who claimed an important role in the Lebanese art scene.
