Start with a hibiscus tea infusion, made from adding 4 hibiscus tea bags to 2c boiling water. Steep for 5 min, then remove tea bags. Add 1c raspberries and return to boil for 10 min. Remove from heat, add 3/4 c sugar, and let cool. Then blend 4 oz of the infusion, 6 oz of Stella Artois Cidre and ice. Cheers!
