Last year it was the rabbits - this year it is the deer. Another site said it only needs to be 3 feet high to deter them. They wont jump it unless theyre scared or cant find anything else to eat.

Chicken coop attached so they can enjoy the end of the harvest leftovers & fertilize at the same time. you could even do simple garden bed covers/ mini greenhouses and let the chickens in there most of the time - keep down bugs and make happy chickens!
