You CAN #Yoga Your Way Out Of How Fucked Up You Are. | Most of us are fucked up to some degree. We have fears, addictions, limiting beliefs, stresses, anxieties. HUMAN stuff that keeps us stuck. What I've found on this side of so many things is that a consistent yoga practice can literally transform us and help us move out of fucked up, and into the life of our dreams.
