Quiet Strength: The Principles, Practices, and Priorities of a Winning Life by Tony Dungy, Wow, what a great book. Awesome story. Found a new respect for Coach Dungy
One of the favorite books given to me by one of my best friends.
Title is a good description of this man who coached the Colts to a Super Bowl victory in 2007. A man of deep faith who articulates it by word and action. Tested over time. Worth reading. Even better if you have an interest in sports, but not the only reason to read it.

The last headbangers : NFL football in the rowdy, reckless '70s, the era that created modern sports
Between the Immaculate Reception in 1972 and The Catch in 1982, pro football grew up. In 1972, Steelers star Franco Harris hitchhiked to practice. NFL teams roomed in skanky motels. They played on guts, painkillers, legal steroids, fury, and camaraderie. A decade later, Joe Montana’s gleamingly efficient 49ers ushered in a new era: the corporate, scripted, multibillion-dollar NFL we watch today.

This 1977 Action packed Film never won any Awards for acting, Directing or Special Effects but I like it enough to place it on my Top 100. Terrorists take over the GOODYEAR BLIMP and pack it with explosive rocket darts, then attempt to fly it into the SUPER BOWL. Bruce Dern plays a great Psychotic Pilot and Robert Shaw is in charge of stopping him !
