Yes. Cornbread Waffles with Chili – 15 minute dinner - for those "it's gonna be a late night & we need fast" Not really a recipe but a fun idea. We all liked it. Feels like a whole meal when you top it. Cook on 1 on my waffle iron. Quick and super easy!

Roasted cabbage. INSANELY delicious, easy, inexpensive & healthy.  (1 t. olive oil, 2 T. bacon bits, 2 T lemon juice, 1 T. worcestershire, 1/4 t. salt, 1/4 t. pepper, 1  Cabbage, quartered, individually wrapped.  Bake at 425 degrees for 20-30 minutes)

roasted cabbage - I sprayed olive oil on one side, I added different seasonings to try. Salt/Pepper - Garlic Salt/Pepper - Seasoning Salt.  After 1/2 way thru I flipped them over and sprayed more olive oil and added more seasoning.   Turned out Good.  I think crumbled bacon or carmelized onions on this would be awesome
