Sort of used this recipe... 4 cups chopped fresh uncooked spinach, chopped in food processor, 2 cups seasoned bread crumbs (put through food processor), 2eggs, 1cup shredded mozzarella, salt and pepper, and added 3garlic scapes (added to spinach in food processor) yum!!
