Strawberry Bisque (chilled soup recipe) - Carnival Cruise Lines. Ingredients: 3 cups of strawberries, washed & hulled, 1 1/2 c water, 3/4 cup sugar, 3 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp grated lemon peal, 1 1/2 c red wine, 1 c sour cream, fresh mint leaves. Combine strawberries, sugar & water in blender & puree. Stir in lemon juice, peel, 1 c water & wine. Stir in sour cream until blended. Chill for 3 to 4 hours before serving. Garnish with mint leaves.

Carnival's Cucumber Soup (chilled) recipe Ingredients: 1 lb. cucumbers peeled & minced, 1/4 cup chopped onion, 1 pt milk, 1/2 pt heavy cream, 1 garlic clove, 1 1/2 tsp fresh dill, salt & pepper to taste. Mix everything in a blender. Chill 4 to 6 hours before serving. #cruiselinerecipes

Spiny Lobster Ceviche Prep: 15 min-3-4 hours fridge-Use fresh seafood 2 ½ lbs of Spiny Lobster tails or any lobster/shrimp cut into 1/2 inch pieces 1/2 cup squeezed lime & lemon juice & diced red onion 1 cup of chopped seeded tomatoes & cilantro 1 serrano chili, seeded/diced 2 tsp salt, oregano & dash tabasco 1 soft avocado diced Toasted corn kernels Mix lobster, onion, tomatoes, chili, salt, tabasco, & oregano. Cover with lime/lemon juice & stir. Refrigerate 3 hours & add remaining ingredients
