Started June 2/13. Do this every morning and also aim for the gym or run four times a week in the evenings...20 minute workout - go through the mini workout 3 times: 10 pushups, 20 sit ups, 25 squats, 20 lunges, 80 jumping jacks and 60 second wall sit. Repeat 2 more times. (I advise do your cardio like running first because this definitely sapped my energy and made it difficult to run!)

Bob Harper's Skinny Rules... great start but I highly recommend reading the whole book. Just reading the rules isn't enough. Great book though, I am eating a TON food and have lost 40lbs.
Bob Harper's Skinny Rules. (They work!! Swapped my eating habits with a few of these - i.e. the meatless day, eating more at home & completely dropping fast foods, etc..I dropped 5lb in 8 days (and I already ate fairly clean and exercised regularly, and am NOT overweight). Simply AMAZING what nutrition ("diet") does for your body. I'll say it 'till the day I die, abs are made in the kitchen!)
