Tomato-Garlic Butter using 16 ounces cherry tomatoes 4 cloves of garlic, peeled and finely chopped 8 ounces unsalted butter, at room temperature 1/4 teaspoon sea salt Drizzle 2 tbs butter on tomatoes and garlic, roast at 400 for 45 min. Cool and blend in food processor with remaining butter, keeps for about a week. Use on anything!
