I made the curry chips. Zucchini Chips 4 Ways - The Copper Collective-tried salt and vinegar, and parm. Did not use bread crumbs. Must have sliced too thin because 30 mins was way too long. Keep an eye on them. Great for a chip craving!

A crispy, kid-friendly snack they can even help make! Preheat oven to 200F. Slice apples very thin, about 1/16 of an inch. Arrange on lined thick-bottomed baking sheet, making sure that none overlap. Bake for 1 hour, flip slices, then bake for one more hour. (I'll probabaly sprinkle some sugar and cinnamon on mine!!). Remove from oven and let cool to crisp. Store in an airtight container.

Sprinkle salt and seasonings, mix 'til coated.   5. arrange leaves in single layer without overlaps.    6. Bake 8 min. Remove from oven and let sit on sheet for another 2 min.    7. Using spatula, transfer to bowl or plate.    8. serve chips with a nice dip.
