Celtic Fairies
Goddess Danu - Celtic Fairy Queen. In Ireland a tribe of people called the Tuatha Dé Danann (the Children of the Goddess Danu) after they lost in battle sought refuge in the Otherworld. As the years passed they became known as the fairy people but they are also associated by some as the same people in the biblical Book of Daniel. The Goddess Danu is also known as Anu, she shares the same name as the Sky God in Sumerian civilization. Coincidence or what??
