The River of God is Life
Loving, faithful God our salvation, merciful and true, is He who purges sin and iniquity, and fills our lives with His beauty and the bounty of His goodness. He causes to flow out of the belly, rivers of living water. He waters and prunes His fruitful trees of righteousness, His planting, so that they may bear more fruit, to the glory and praise of His name. He cares for His earth; He waters it and causes things to grow. Read devotion at A Walk In The Garden

Daily Growing in the Lord Our God

God's Word Sown on the Soil of Fertile Hearts, Brings Forth Much Fruit
Jesus explains the parable of the sower and his seed: Luke 8:11-18 "The seed is the word of God. Those by the wayside are the ones who hear; then the devil comes and takes away the word out of their hearts, lest they shall believe and be saved. But the ones on the rock are those who, when they hear, receive the word with joy; and these have no root, who believe for a while and in time of temptation fall away. Now the ones that fell among thorns are those who, when they have heard, go out and are choked with cares, riches, and pleasures of life, and bring no fruit to maturity. But the ones that fell on good ground are those who, having heard the word with a noble and good heart, keep it and bear fruit with patience. Continue reading at A Walk In The Garden

The Great Shepherd and His Sheep
Jesus, our Great Shepherd, is leading us through our days and our nights. He is the One who truly cares for us and is watching over us for good. He loves us and desires that we stay close to Him. Apart from His guiding presence, we become the prey of evil that lurks on every side. Cont'd at A Walk In The Garden
Easter Sunday Greetings: Glorious Resurrection
The Father sent His Son in the flesh, and the Son finished the work which the Father gave Him to do. He suffered and died for us but was raised to life again. It was not possible for death to hold Him; He is the resurrection and the life. Rejoice! Because Christ lives, we too shall live. What blessed hope! Read more...
