Slow Cooker "Melt in Your Mouth" Pot Roast ~ The meat is juicy and fall-apart tender. The vegetables are cooked just right and are full of flavor. The seasonings are simply spot on and the broth yields a fabulous gravy-like sauce that is divine when poured over everything prior to serving.
Philly Cheese Meatloaf: Amber's review - made -used ground turkey to make this, red bell pepper instead of green and 4 slices of provolone instead of Cooked for the specified 45 minutes. This turned out awesome! Definitely a good spin on a meatloaf!
Mississippi Pot Roast! I made this last night(7/30/13) ! It was the best roast I ever made! Cooked in Crockpot from 7:30am-6:30pm. Drained the juices into a saucepan, added 1 cup beef broth and bolied some baby cartots and new potatoes. Then when the veggies were done added 1 more packet of brown gravy. (Yummy!!!!) NO LEFTOVERS!
