Weekly workout you can do at home

Accomplished in one try!!! 5.5 miles of running, 550 jumping jacks equals: about 115 calories per mile time 5.5= 632.5 + 1 calorie per jumping jacks= 550 jumping jacks, adds up to about 1,190 calories burned in one work out!!! Try to keep up....

I'm pro running and anti-"dieting". Obviously make healthy choices with eating but I believe you can have that cake and ice cream, just put in some work. There is always time, being healthy and losing weight should not be "easy". Love this chart... Diets can't do all this...

Thigh Thinner- (This is killerly awesome!) Stand with feet hip-width apart, toes out, holding 10-15 pound kettlebell at chest. Lift left heel off floor, then squat (as shown). Return to start. Switch sides; repeat. Continue, alternating sides, for 1 minute. Did this at Zumba Monday....killer!!!
