Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread-- the most-shared pumpkin recipe on Allrecipes.com. I don't think I need another pumpkin bread recipe-- I've made this one twice this season and love it! Makes 3 loaves and freezes beautifully.
Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread Recipe Made a few changes, as I always do ;) Used half white sugar, half lightly packed light brown sugar. I doubled the spices. I also used a little less water and topped it with a splash of half and half. Next time I'll add chocolate chips and/or pecans!

Foam rolling massages your muscles and helps you recover better after a workout:) My favorite thing to foam roll: my IT bands... it hurts SO MUCH the first few days you do it, but man do your muscles start feeling more loose afterwards!!
