Buffalo Cauliflower (great for all phases) Ingredients: 1 head cauliflower ¼ c. Hot Sauce Pinch salt Instructions: Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Bake cauliflower Once the cauliflower are done baking, brush them with the hot sauce and bake again for a few more minutes, until cauliflower is crispy.
Our cauliflower pizza crust is one of our staples on Phase 1 of Ideal Protein. We'll use the chunky sauce at the bottom of the recipe, and cover it with veggies and lean taco meat or home made lean pork sausage. It's good stuff!
